Padel lessons in Koh Phangan
Winter season in the Gulf of Thailand. Javier is the coach at Zen Padel Phangan, four courts in the heart of the island, three of them covered.

The courts
Zen Padel Phangan has four courts: three under 12-metre roofs, so you play in shade and through the rain, and one outdoor, with a café, pro shop, gym and co-working space on site. Javier is the club coach, so lessons and court are in the same place. Rackets and balls are available to rent at the club, so no need to travel with them.

- No lessons. The club is open for games
Getting there
The club is in the centre of the island, a short scooter ride from Thong Sala pier and from most of the west-coast beaches. Free parking on site. Search "Zen Padel Phangan" in Google Maps or Playtomic.
Good to know
- When you book or check in at the club, say you are there for a lesson with Javier
- Rackets and balls are rented at the club, just bring court shoes
- Bring water and a change of shirt, humidity is high even in the morning
- Pay by card, cash or Thai bank transfer at the club
- Cancel up to 12 hours before and the lesson moves to another day
- Rain in November and December can cancel a lesson at short notice, it is rescheduled the same week
- The club runs social games and tournaments most weeks, ask Javier if you want people to play with

From the start of November to the end of April. In summer he coaches in Ibiza.
I am here for a week. Does a single lesson make sense?
Yes. One hour is enough to fix the shot that costs you the most points, and a few lessons over two weeks make a real difference.
Can I book the court without a lesson?
Yes, courts are booked directly with Zen Padel Phangan on Playtomic. Javier can also add you to the club's community chat to find games.
Are there lessons for kids?
From age 7, in the morning slots. Family sessions with parents and children are the most popular option.
